I am so lucky to be picked by the nicest people! The Demet's were the nicest people ever, and high school Senior, Peter was probably the sweetest, most laid back high school guy I have ever encountered. He even gave me "his mom's favorite smile" several times (on cue). This guy seems so mature beyond his years, joining the Army in his senior year of high school may have something to do with it, but seriously, like YEARS ahead of the senior guys I remember. Mom said he liked sailing so of course we had to meet downtown historic Yorktown, where of course on the day we show up there were no boats docked. We did catch one sailing away in the distance so we ran so it could be in the background of a shot or two. But there is so much to love in historic Yorktown, like an awesome cave that Mr. Cornwallis himself supposedly hid in under siege of Yorktown in the Revolutionary War. It was also used to hide ammunition during the Civil war. I mean, how perfect is that for someone entering the Army?!
Anyway, I had so much fun exploring Yorktown (and I didn't even tell you that we saw a groundhog dive into the side of a huge wall) and I couldn't wait to share my favorites from Peter's Senior Session.
